“You Can Live Again!”

Ezekiel 37:4-5
4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

Have you ever felt that life, as you know it, was over?  Do you have any regrets of decisions that were made which in turn affected you greatly?  Is your hope gone and your back against the wall that you can’t see any way out?  Spiritually, there are millions of people all over the world who have no hope for today or eternity.  Many go day to day just existing, and not living.  In John 10:10, Jesus came to give life, a life that’s abundant!  We’ve made some mistakes, but feel as if there’s no redemption from them.  Things or plans didn’t go the way that we wanted them, so does that mean God doesn’t want us to be happy?  The trick of the enemy is to have many people, even believers, believe that all hope is gone.  Because the plans fell through, God doesn’t love you.  With the current events going on in the world, why trust God?  The devil knows that his time is short, but don’t be deceived!  God is looking for people to come running to Him in all humbleness and sincerity, so He can transform your life and way of thinking.

You can live again. YES, you CAN live again!  It is not God’s desire for us to give up on Him or life itself.  But sometimes He allows difficulties just so we can turn and look to Him.  If you’ve ever been hurt, full of regret, hopeless and faithless, I dare you to give God a chance on today.  There comes a time in everyone’s life when we learn that our parents, friends, spouses, or even the Pastor can’t help us.  That’s the perfect time for God to turn the impossible into a miracle!

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: Are you living in an empty place right now?  Is everything that you have depleted, poured out, and dried up?  Are you in need of your all-powerful God to do a work in your life?  Well, rejoice because today we are stopped to get filled up!  Lay down face first, stretch out, and prepare your heart:

Lord, I am so sorry I’ve been preoccupied with my own feelings and daily routines that I am here laid out before you, empty. I am asking you to refresh me with your Spirit and your Word to grant me the wisdom to know when I’m overextended.  I don’t want to allow the cares and fears of the world to defeat my spirit.  If there is any wicked way in me, speak it to my heart.  Forgive me of my sins and allow me to take joy in our walk together.  Please bring healing and strength to my physical body.  I beg you not to let me get up from here and be the same.  Amen!

  1. I am struggling in the same spot for months and can’t seem to get back up again. I believe God has a better plan for me, but I lack motivation, energy, and focus. I do not want to quit. I am very ashamed of me. I thank you for letting me respond and pray this prayer. In Jesus Name Amen.
