“Keep Praying, Keep Moving, Keep Believing”

Matthew 11:28

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Life. The issues of life. Have you ever been to the point where you felt as if you couldn’t go on? Are you full of faith, wisdom, and the Word but can’t seem to find the strength to pray for your own self?  EVERYONE has been here at some point.  You tithe and sow seeds but you’re faced with financial challenges. You’re single, keep yourself, and pray, but yet, no husband or wife has come along yet. Instead of feeling like we’re progressing, it feels as if we are moving backward and not forward.  Why does a good and merciful God allow his children to suffer and go through hard times? Why does it seem like those who are not living for God ever have a care in the world? We often ask ourselves this question and soon, pride creeps in and tells us, “why me? I’m a good person and I’ve done everything right to the best of my ability.” NEWS FLASH: It’s not always about you! God is no respecter of persons.  Whatever He has for you, it’s for you, the joy INCLUDING the pain.  Everyone wants the comfort and relaxation of life but no one wants to experience a season in the wilderness.  God allows us to go through the difficulties of this life in order to grow and earnestly seek Him.  If we lived in a perfect world, there would be no need to pray, trust and seek God because nothing is out of order.  Even when you’re at your lowest point in the pit, know that God is there. He knows, He sees, and He cares.  All God wants to do is show others around you that He is mighty and powerful.  The impossible is always a chance for Him to work a miracle.

Galations 6:9

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

So what are we supposed to do while we wait on the manifestation? Keep praying, moving, and believing!  I don’t care how strong you make think you are, now is not the time to be prideful by trying to fix the situation on your own.  Everyone at some point needs someone to intercede on their behalf.  Use this time to seek God like never before and ask Him what you can do to remain productive.  Now is not the time to feel sorry for yourself.  Faith without works is dead so maximize your time now in preparation for what’s to come!  Finally keep believing.  NEVER allow the devil to talk you out of what God has promised you.  There are many people who are on the verge of breakthrough but throw in the towel right at the finish line.  I don’t care if your back is against the wall and you don’t see any way out, don’t EVER give up!  Today, make up your mind that you will continue to serve, worship, and trust God with your life!

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: Don’t you ever let go of God’s hand. It will get better. You can make it.
